Group like things together. Grouping things together that are similar can help you to find what you are looking for. As a rule of thumb, most make up comes with an expiry date. There are some pieces that will display this expiry date and others that will not. Mascara and other liquid types of makeup can be used for up to six months after they have been opened, powdered make up compacts can be used for longer.
